Shauna Woodward, Company Secretary

Shauna has over 15 years’ company secretarial and governance experience gained across ASX-listed, government and private entities in the financial services, wealth management and property sectors, with a focus on corporate governance, board support and compliance. She currently acts as Company Secretary for Pacific Current Group, having been appointed on 16 September 2026. Shauna has held senior company secretarial roles including as Senior Company Secretary at HUB24 Limited and Company Secretary at Landcom (over eight years). Shauna’s previous roles included Assistant Company Secretary positions at Vicinity Centres, BoardRoom Limited and Credit Union Australia (CUA).

Shauna holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Swinburne University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Company Directors Course. She is a Chartered Secretary and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
