Ron Patel, Chief Financial Officer

With nearly two decades of experience in financial analysis, valuation, and strategic reporting, Ron leads the firm’s finance, accounting, treasury, and investor relations functions. He brings deep expertise in financial and management reporting, corporate valuation, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and governance — with a track record of delivering insights that drive operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Ron joined the firm in 2008, when it operated as Treasury Group, and has since played a pivotal role in investment analysis, affiliate acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. He has become a trusted advisor to the Board and executive leadership, with a leadership style built on clarity, foresight, and collaboration — ensuring stakeholder confidence through periods of transition and transformation.

Ron holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of New England and is both a Chartered Accountant and CFA® charterholder. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, golf and photography.
