Ron Patel, Acting Chief Financial Officer

As Acting Chief Financial Officer, Ron oversees the firm’s finance, accounting, treasury, and investor relations functions, bringing nearly two decades of experience in financial analysis, valuation, and strategic reporting. He has deep expertise in financial and management reporting, corporate valuation, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and governance, with a proven track record of delivering insights that support both operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Ron joined the firm in 2008, beginning his career in the finance team at Treasury Group. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in investment analysis, affiliate acquisitions, and global mergers, becoming a trusted advisor to the Board and executive leadership. His leadership style emphasizes clarity, foresight, and collaboration, ensuring confidence across stakeholders during periods of transition and transformation.

Ron holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of New England. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA® charterholder. Beyond his professional commitments, Ron enjoys golf, tennis, and photography.
