Renae Delegard, Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Renae keeps our North American offices up and running every day, managing areas of our human resources functions, IT, real estate, and other operational projects, along with processing accounts payable and receivables. She also helps our overseas offices organize their operations and procedures.

Renae joined our team in 2006 and has remained a positive force, helping the team navigate several big projects and changes over the years. Before joining our team, she spent more than 19 years at KeyBank as an area retail coordinator and in branch operations.

A Tacoma native, she attended Tacoma Community College. She enjoys exercising, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family, her friends, and her dog, Dewey.
