Ashley Killick, CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Ashley oversees the firm’s finance and accounting functions. Ashley brings expertise in the areas of financial and management reporting, corporate valuation, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, ASX-listing, corporate restructure, and litigation. Before joining our team, Ashley served as CFO for several ASX 300 companies including OAMPS, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, Hastie Group Ltd, Oncard International Ltd, and AMA Group Ltd. For roughly 16 years, and eventually as a partner, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), practicing in the Corporate Finance and Recovery division and specialising in valuations and due diligence investigations.

Ashley is a graduate of Australian National University with a bachelor’s in Economics and has earned several graduate certifications in management, governance, and applied finance and investments.
